Stickman T-Shirts
When the County Jersey just won't do…!
Stickman T-Shirts was born to provide an alternative to the county jerseys and leisure wear that are sometimes the only option to show your support for your team on the day of a match. These T-shirts are perfect for casually showing your support for your county or for just wearing anytime as an alternative to the Plain White-T.
The small totem figure sporting your county jersey is Goggles, and he is based on many features of our great game of hurling. He is named after the legendary John Joe "Goggles" Doyle, the first player ever to wear protective face wear in hurling and one of many legendary figures in the ancient game. Although a dwindling sight, we had to make him a dual player so he is available for all you Football supporters as well!
Choose from our All-Star line up of hurlers and footballers in our shop to see your county star on our unique, stylish T-Shirts.
THE STICKMAN STORY
Cén fáth? Why Stickman?
Were you ever going to a match but possibly going for a few pints after? Didn't want to be out all night in your County jersey? Still want to represent your County colours in a casual style? Well we did, and that's why we decided to design our own T-shirt to wear to a match or just wear casually. We imagined wearing this on sunny days strolling into the County grounds or sitting back over a few large bottles with the boys on a baking Saturday in July. The result was a T-shirt of our own that we decided to share with County rivals up and down the Country.
The Stickman name derives from the description of a skilful hurler as a good "stickman". We have christened our totem logo figure "Goggles" after a former Clare great Goggles Doyle. Our Goggles is a dual player and he likes to sport all County colours! Enjoy!
